Have you ever wanted to rebel against someone or something?

Animal Farm is a book relating to the Russian Revolution of 1917. In chapter one of the book all of the animals are introduced along with their personality. Then the animals hold a meeting in the barn explaining that it is unfair that they get all of there possessions taken away from them. For example the farmer takes away the cows milk taken away from them, when they could be using it to feed sturdy calves. Also, the chickens lay their eggs and the farmer most likely eats them for breakfast or sells them off. Comparing to this book, I have wanted to rebel against so many things in my life. One time in the 8th grade my teacher tried to take away my phone because I was texting in class. But I told him no ,he couldn't take my phone, because my phone holds the power in my life. I did get in trouble for talking back but I couldn't let go of my prize possession. Therefore everyone rebels in their lifetime no matter what.

What holds the power in my life?

Power is the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events. The one thing that can hold my power would be my cell phone. For example, I always have to know the latest gossip on my friends or who did what. Such as on the guys and like who is the hottest or who kissed who. And if I don't talk to my friends I feel uncomfortable, like I'm being left out or I'm out of place. When my parents take my cellphone away from me for doing something bad, I seem lost. Like I don't know what to do, but that results to using the computer for facebook or myspace. Which is the second thing that holds the power over me. My cellphone is probably the best technology money can buy. I think it cellphones have a lot of power over most Americans.

The gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth's atmosphere due to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and other pollutants is the definition of global warming. Some people argue about the effects that cause global warming due to the change in climate, chopping down trees, and the loss of resources but the most important cause is the greenhouse effect.

The change in climate, chopping down trees and the loss of resources is some side effects of global warming. To start with, the change in climate affects global warming in many different ways. For example, hot and dry climates have caused the last 8 years of the world to be the hottest due to wildfires. These ginormous fires can end up harming humans, animals, vegetation, and structures. Also with the climate changing and the earth getting so hot, it happens to melt glaciers. For example melting of the glaciers affects humans, and animals. Humans mostly get their fresh water from the glaciers so without them we would lose a big portion of fresh water. Animals will lose there habitats and have no where to live so it will be hard for them to survive. Another example of a side effect on global warming is chopping down our resourceful trees and plants. For example, when construction workers go to cut down trees it just results in less oxygen. Plus you have to cut down more trees to make wood to either burn in a fire or build in a building. Last, the loss of resources results to causing global warming. Loss of resources means a lot to our planet earth. One way we can fix this is by recycling used materials such as, bottles, paper, metals. Anything reusable. Recycling can help by reducing the chopping of trees for paper.

The most important effect to global warming would be the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is when heat and sunlight get trapped in the earths atmosphere and cant get out. For example, when you leave your car under the sun in the summer, the heat comes in threw the windows but, it has no way of getting out. Therefore, the tempature rises. Also, when the earth gets to hot, some animals and humans cant except the change and will probley die off. Which leads to extinction. But, the greenhouse effect can be useful in some ways to.For example, it locks in heat. And without the heat our earth would most likely be freezing.
In conclusion, global warming is caused by all types of things such as, change in climate, chopping down trees, the loss of resources, and the greenhouse effect. But humans can help some prevention of global warming, by recycling, and using less water etc.

How can humans help prevent global warming?

There are a lot of things humans can do to prevent global warming from getting worse than it already is. One example would be use electronic things less often. In most cases fossil fuels, are burning to create electricity and the fossil fuels are letting off pollutants (chemicals), which get into the everyday air. To slow down the electronic burning that lets off chemicals, instead of a car, ride a bike on a nice day or instead of playing video games play a board game that the whole family can play. Another example, would be washing your clothes, even this can cause global warming. Instead of using hot water, use cold. It helps keep the color in and using hot water uses electricity, which lets off fumes into the air. Also instead of using an electric dryer, hang your clothes out as much as possible. Last, plant a tree or any other plants. Trees and plants give off oxygen, which help make people breathe and clears out the chemicals that are around. In conclusion there are many ways humans can help prevent global warming from occurring.

An Introduction to Global Warming

Global warming is a change in the earths atmosphere. There are so many causes to global warming, such as burning leaves, factories, big trucks that let off gas and the every day human. Everyday the sun is melting the ice for penguins and other polar bears. There habitat is slowly fading away which is causing them to slowly die off. Global warming is usually caused by the everyday human, they are trying to catch up with it tho, by recycling and saving our resources. In the last 8 years they have been the hottest years of the world. Global warming is the unbalanced of nature. Natural disasters like storms, floods, forest fires, help the tempature rise which is not exactly a good thing. In conclusion, global warming is a powerful thing that humans need to control more frequently

Judaism

Introduction:
Judaism is the religious culture of the Jewish people and is one of the worlds oldest religions. Each and everyone of the Jews is their own person, and they have fought for their rights. They have made an amazing rise in the last 100 years. They have their own religious holidays, rituals or customs, hierarchy, holy books, they dress their own way and many people follow this specific religion.
Founder and follows:
First of all, the founder of the Judaism religion was Abraham. Judaism was found in 1300 b.c. And 14 million people chose to
follow him, and there soon will be many more all over the world. Its main locations is Israel, Europe and the USA.
Religious Holidays:
Next, Judaism has many custom holidays. For example, Hanukkah: the festival of lights. Hanukkah is an 8 day Jewish holiday, it starts on the 25th day of Kislev on the Hebrew calender. You light a candelabrum consisting of 8 candle(the picture to the right). Each day you blow one out until the final day
the 8th day their all out. This is mostly like Christmas to the Christians, its celebrated at mostly the same time and decorated somewhat the same. Another example of a jewish holiday would be, Ross Hashanah: the jewis
h new year. This is celebrated at the first two days of the year, and it is one of the holiest nights of the year. There is many holidays for the religion of Judaism, but these are two of the common ones.
Rituals/Customs:
Next, like Christians with the 10 commandments, Jews have 613 commandme
nts that they practice through their bible the torah. A few examples of these commandments would be, to love other Jews, Lev. 19:18,
to honor those who teach and know Torah Lev. 19:32 and the King must not have to many horses Deut: 17:16. Judaism only holds a few simple beliefs or rituals, they don't believe in any god at all
either.
Holy Books:
For example, the biggest sacred text of the Jews would be, the torah. The torah is the law of god. It is considered a bible to us in the USA. It consists of all the commandments and the book has all of Jesus's teachings. The Jews have others books, such as, the Tanakh which is the old testament of the christian bible. The Thanakh has the explanations of how Jesus and God have created the earth.
Particular Dress/Clothing:
Next, Jews had their own way of dressing in their territory. Jews wore a kittel which is a white robe, a shaytl which is a wig, a tichl which is a head covering, and a kipa which is a skullcap. They also wore colored clothing, but this is some of the main things that the Jews wore.
Hierarchy/Organization:
Finally, the Jews based their organization on their home life. The Jews, of Israel, study the old traditions and take them to hand, while the new customs are explored. In their homes they kept a doorpost scroll, a candelabrum for the Jewish holidays and unleavedbread. Jews were pretty much independent, but relied on their families. This is how the Jewish culture governs them selves.

Why do girls have conflicts with each other often?

Girls argue a lot, even if its over guys, nasty rumors and even make you feel lower than them. For example 2 best friends like the same guy, they will both fight until they get the guy. Some advice on that, would be let the guy make his own decision, and either way it plays out be happy with each other. In my opinion rumors are the worst that can come between friends at school. Girls don't understand how that makes other people feel. 85% of them are false, what leads to them is gossip. Gossip is casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true. There are other conflicts to, like you feel like your lower than your friend. Its typical to feel like this. Your friend thinks she has better clothes, a boyfriend, and you just hate being talked down to. Well, stand up for yourself have faith in yourself. Or be open to more friends who like the way you are. Girls do have a lot of fights during school hours, but if your really good friends you can make it through any fight.
